One of the most common things we hear from prospective students is some version of “I am probably too old to learn this.” We hear it from people in their forties, their fifties, and their sixties, and every single time we say the same thing: it simply is not true. We regularly work with mature learners who are mastering computers for the first time and not just coping, but genuinely thriving and enjoying every session.
Age is not a barrier to digital literacy. Our patient, step by step approach means everyone progresses at a pace that works for them, with tutors who never make anyone feel rushed or embarrassed for asking a question. Many of our mature learners tell us that the confidence they gain from IT training spills over into other areas of their lives entirely, giving them a renewed sense of independence and capability that they had not expected.
